We believe in a single contract that fulfills our client's requirements and ensures legal compliance. This single contract, that outlines all core services and scope of works, is straightforward for clients to manage and reduces legal costs and exposure to liabilities.
 
Single Monthly Invoice 1/12th Annual Value
Our invoices are detailed and outline costs associated with RCIS codes and any schedules that may apply to the property and are dispatched calendar monthly. The invoice is fixed and based on a one twelfth of the agreed annualized budget to perform the integrated service on site.
